سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
- جميع المبيعات تتم وفق شرط EXW (التسليم من المصنع)، ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية استلام المنتجات وجميع تكاليف ومخاطر النقل والشحن والتأمين من وقت الاستلام.
- يجب على العميل فحص المنتجات عند الاستلام، وأي ملاحظات ظاهرة يجب الإبلاغ عنها خلال (7) أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
- لا يجوز استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات إلا في حال وجود عيب تصنيع مثبت أو توريد منتج غير مطابق لأمر الشراء، وذلك بعد فحص واعتماد شركة درع اللهب للصناعة.
- لا يقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في حالات سوء التخزين أو سوء الاستخدام أو التلف الناتج عن النقل أو المناولة بعد استلام العميل للمنتجات.
- يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف الشحن والنقل الخاصة بإعادة المنتجات أو استلام المنتجات البديلة، ما لم يتم الاتفاق كتابيًا على خلاف ذلك.
- قبل الشراء، يحق للعميل الحصول على ومراجعة جميع الشهادات والاعتمادات والتقارير الفنية الخاصة بالمنتج (مثل TDS، SDS، وشهادات المطابقة وتقارير الاختبارات). ويُعد إصدار أمر الشراء أو استلام المنتجات إقرارًا من العميل بأنه اطلع على هذه المستندات ووافق عليها.
- لا يجوز استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات بسبب الشهادات أو الاعتمادات أو المواصفات الفنية أو نتائج الاختبارات أو متطلبات المشاريع بعد إتمام عملية الشراء، طالما تم تزويد العميل بها أو كانت متاحة له قبل الشراء.
- تقتصر مسؤولية شركة درع اللهب للصناعة، في حال ثبوت عيب تصنيع، على استبدال المنتج أو رد قيمته أو إصدار إشعار دائن (Credit Note) وفقًا لتقدير الشركة، ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو توقف المشاريع أو أي تعويضات أخرى.
- إتمام عملية الشراء أو استلام المنتجات أو سداد قيمتها يُعد موافقةً نهائية من العميل على هذه السياسة وجميع شروط البيع الخاصة بشركة درع اللهب للصناعة.
Return & Exchange Policy
- All sales are made on an EXW (Ex Works) basis. The Customer is solely responsible for collecting the products from Flame Armor for Manufacturing’s factory and bears all costs, risks, and responsibilities related to transportation, shipping, handling, and insurance from the time the products are collected.
- The Customer shall inspect the products upon receipt. Any visible shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of collection.
- Products may only be returned or exchanged in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or if the products supplied do not conform to the confirmed Purchase Order, subject to inspection and written approval by Flame Armor for Manufacturing.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been improperly stored, mishandled, misused, modified, contaminated, or damaged during transportation or after collection by the Customer.
- The Customer shall bear all transportation, shipping, handling, and related costs associated with returning products to the factory and collecting any replacement products, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Flame Armor for Manufacturing.
- Prior to purchase, the Customer is entitled to review and obtain copies of all available technical documents, including but not limited to Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Certificates of Conformity, test reports, and applicable product certifications. Issuing a Purchase Order, accepting delivery, or making payment constitutes the Customer’s acknowledgment that these documents have been reviewed and accepted.
- Returns, exchanges, or order cancellations will not be accepted based on product certifications, approvals, technical specifications, test reports, project requirements, or regulatory requirements, provided that such documents were made available to the Customer before the purchase.
- In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Flame Armor for Manufacturing’s sole obligation shall, at its discretion, be limited to replacing the product, issuing a credit note, or refunding the purchase price of the affected product. Under no circumstances shall Flame Armor for Manufacturing be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to project delays, loss of profits, or contractual penalties.
- The issuance of a Purchase Order, collection of the products, or payment of the invoice constitutes the Customer’s full acceptance of this Return & Exchange Policy and all Terms and Conditions of Sale of Flame Armor for Manufacturing.
